What's Wrong with this Picture?

This little boy loves to sit on potty and thinks he is so cool, however he isn't the one we are struggling with!
Mason has been doing really well this week, he has been in undies all day and hasn't had any peeps accidents but holds it in all day and will eventually go on the potty but I have to keep sitting him on it. The #2 mess is another story, all I am gonna say is I'm glad I have a great husband or else underwear would be disposable.
