9 Week Appointment

I have finally conquered the first prenatal appointment. Sara came with me and after 2 hours of waiting in the fancy shmancy waiting room we finally were called back! The Dr. was called out for a delivery when we got there. I liked the Dr. and think he is a good choice. This office does an ultrasound on every visit so that is fun and the first time I've ever seen one of our babies so little! Through a internal ultrasound (hopefully next time it will just be on the belly) we could see the little floppy head baby. It was pretty neat. I didn't get a good print out of the baby (they were in 4-d and looked like fuzz) so I can't share anything but there was something in there and only one! After the appt. I had to get my blood drawn which I was hoping it was too late since it was almost 6:00 pm! Nope, onward we went. They stuck me like a pig and I survived and now I don't have to worry about it happening the next visit! Next appointment will be 13 weeks, yippee!
