Tonight we are once again cleaning and de-cluttering our house so that tomorrow between 9-10 am it will be in mint condition for picture taking to sell this beauty! This is where we sit and wait and hope that luck is on our side and someone will think this is the perfect little home for them so we can move into the perfect little home for us! Although, if someone is not interested then we may be bumped out of our contract since our offer had a contingency attached if that happens then it wasn't meant to be and we will try and find someplace else or take our home off the market. Perfect timing, right at Christmas time! Which, plays against us for selling but hey what are you to do.
Alright, enough of a break for me I am off to move out some toys into the garage.
