Breakfast with Santa and more...

Well, i will start off with last night, Mason had his first sleepover party at his grandma and grandpa's house! woo hoo! Then this morning all of the Anderson family went to Thanksgiving Point to have a breakfast with Santa and Mason was in his glory. Also, there was Cindy Lou and the Grinch! Logan cried his guts out when Santa and the Grinch tried to hold him, but we did get a cute family picture with Santa, which of course our camera's batteries were dead and i couldn't find the charger last night so there are no pictures on the computer yet, i will try and get some.

Also, we went up to West Point, UT (Near Layton and Ogden) and looked at a home up there, we fell in love and made an offer on that house and then decided that if we were going to do that then we ought to put our house up for sale. This afternoon we heard someone out front and i peeked out the window and there was a kid hammering in the real estate sign! WOW! It is still weird to look outside and see it! We heard back from the sellers this evening and they have accepted our offer! another Woo hoo! Our house will go on the market on Monday and hopefully sell! Shauna with the Tollstrup Group is wonderful, and amazing at everything she does. She truly makes you feel that you are the only client she is helping I would recommend her to anyone!

Family in NY can you believe that when you all venture out this way this spring you may be staying in our "new" home?! and it will be very close to Sara and Jake's that we won't be doing tons of extra driving!

On the down side of life, Blake's truck is bad news. The transmission had a 18mth warranty and it has been about 18 1/2 months or 19 months what a crock! If worse comes to worse we will have one vehicle for a time and i will just stay home, clean my guts out, and bundle all of us up and go for walks! Hopefully it will work out we should hear something on Monday.
