The Pheonix has risen from the ashes...again...

Alright, the people who the title probably only makes sense to is Days of Our Lives fans. So, that would probably be Sara, mom, and myself. Possibly my dad but I'm not sure how often he looks at this and he probably hasn't watched Days in years. This is how I feel, I have finally done something more to my hair then brush it quick and put a hat on or pull it up in a pony tail. This hasn't happened in two months or so! Blake will be shocked that his wife actually knows how to get ready for the day again. Knock on wood 3 out of the 5 days I have felt great and I hope it lasts at least 6 more months!
I can't believe that it is already Halloween on next Friday! The last couple weeks in Aug. all of Sept. and pretty much all of Oct. have been a haze to me, now that I am alive and can function I am sad that fall is almost over! Logan's birthday is soon, which I haven't planned a blasted thing for. Such a bad mom! If we were a little more wealthy I would love to take him to Disneyland for his birthday because he is obsessed with Mickey Mouse clubhouse but.... since that's not happening I either better try a Mickey cake or at least wrap a gift in Mickey paper? We'll see what happens.
A little church news in our lives, Blake has been called as a cub scout leader. He had his first meeting at our house on Tue. and about 4 or 5 kids came, I think there are a bunch more but not sure. Blake had a good time and I saw one of the mom's yesterday and she told me that her son loves Blake! So that is good start. I have been called as the enrichment leader, hot dang. As of right now I am not sure who is on the committee but I have been working with another gal and she is going to be a super help. So, if you have any fun enrichment ideas please leave me a comment!
I am excited for my next Dr.'s visit and hoping the baby will cooperate and we can find out if we're having a girl or a boy! I go in about 2 weeks, I believe. That way I can start planning the bedrooms. Blake is in for it with the paint, poor guy.
