Carson is a Rockstar, that's all i'm sayin'.
Alright, today we (Blake and I) took Cars to get his 2 week check-up where he is supposed to be back up to his birth weight which was 5 lbs 11 oz. However, he had lost some weight a couple of days after his birth (which is normal) and was only 5 lbs 6 oz and if anyone knows us then you know how we have struggled with weight gain on our babes! Low and behold like I said Carson is a rockstar and now weighs 6 lbs 4 oz! Woo hoo buddy, he pretty much gained 1 lb in 2 weeks that is a lot for such a little guy! Then he went and had his circ. done which was sad to hear him scream. I didn't go in the other room but Blake did, I think I could handle it if it wasn't my baby! After that was over the nurse came in and did his PKU so she stuck his foot, so it wasn't a great day for Carson but it's over and done with and won't ever have to do that again! He did cry uncontrollably for about a half hour after and I just felt so bad for him.

Poor little guy! That's awesome that he is doing so great though! And what a cutie!!!
Oh my heart goes out to you AND Carson! I hated when they got circed! I cried just as much as they did! Good thing they don't remember it! That is so great that he gaining weight!! Go you!
Oh the poor little thing- he is so cute! I hope all is well! The pics of him are great!
