Alton Brown's recipe was a hit! I brined our whopping 26lb turkey with herbs and salt water (obviously otherwise it wouldn't be called a brine right?) Then i mixed some fresh rosemary and thyme in butter and put that under the skin. And we stuffed it with poached apples, onion, herbs, and cinnamon sticks which = deliciousness.
Granny (Jake's mom) bought all the kids giant sucker, they were in heaven!
